We spent the last five years helping thousands of students better prepare to transition from University into the working world.

Conversation after conversation, a clear pattern emerged: early-career experiences were highly inconsistent. Some were structured and impactful, others were disappointing, and many fell somewhere in between.

So we went deeper, speaking with hundreds of employers running programs at all types of scale. What became clear was not a lack of effort, but a lack of infrastructure.

Early-career teams are responsible for running complex programs while being expected to maintain full visibility into everything happening and consistently prove the impact of their work.

With no connected system in place to manage all the moving pieces, they were forced to rely on spreadsheets, adapt tools built for other use cases, or invest in platforms that only solved a small part of the problem.

The opportunity was clear. Give companies the infrastructure they need to run their programs with structure, visibility, and consistency.
